Sr. Councilwoman Dorothy L. Goosby serves the town of Hempstead Council District 1 and has supported our organization since its inception.
Our work would not be possible without her continued support and guidance. Our organization’s driving force is to tackle the Long Island housing crisis in a transformative way, through the Community Land Trust model. Community land trusts offer a practical means of preserving permanent housing affordability at the same time that they provide property and ownership.
For those interested in getting more involved in supporting this amazing event, sponsorship and virtual journal ads were available. These ads were featured both at the event and in PDF format for distribution to all participants.
