The Uniondale Community Land Trust, Inc., (U-CLT, Inc.) provides affordable homeownership opportunities and homebuyer education for residents across Metro New York and Long Island, New York. Our community-based land trust model supports first-time homebuyers by keeping homes permanently affordable, preventing displacement, and promoting long-term housing stability. Through education, stewardship, and community ownership of land, U-CLT, Inc. helps families build equity while remaining rooted in the neighborhoods they call home.
