Uniondale housing lottery changes life of Queens father

Exciting news for a Queens family as they become the latest addition to the vibrant Uniondale community! After patiently waiting 11 months since the housing lottery was drawn, they have finally received the keys to their brand new home, built on what was once an empty lot in Uniondale, NY. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for the family and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the neighborhood!

In 2025, the M&T Foundation provided the Uniondale-CLT with a $10,000 grant in order to defray the unexpected expenses associated with the contaminated soil at our Uniondale Avenue construction site. We are extremely grateful for the funding provided as it will help us to maintain our commitmment to bring affordable housing units to our community.

U-CLT RECEIVES AHC GRANT

We are excited to announce that the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) has awarded the U-CLT a grant of $19,800 towards the repair of leteral sewage line at the Uniondale Avenue Project.
